"Sloj" is a famous bakery originating from St. Petersburg. Recently, its founder Elena Kovtun and her team opened their first location in Belgrade, with plans for two more. Visitors of the place can enjoy freshly baked rolls and handmade desserts, as well as specialty coffee and coffee drinks with the addition of craft syrups, which baristas prepare themselves from berries, fruits, vegetables, and spices.
